Meet Lofty at the Affordable Art Fair

Since its launch in London in 1999, the Affordable Art Fair has taken the sticker shock out of buying art. This month, the worldwide art show makes its semiannual stop in New York City with 50 local and international galleries featuring original paintings, prints, sculptures, and photographs priced from $100 to $10,000.

Along with the exhibitions, the fair features family programs, talks, tours, and panel discussions with artists and industry leaders—including our founder, Mark Lurie.

On September 28th at 2:00 p.m., Mark will join moderator Marion Maneker, author of Art Market Monitor, as well as Jane Borthwick (Managing Director of Ronald Varney Fine Art Advisors), and Jennifer Garland Ross (Managing Director at Art Peritus, LLC), for “The Evolution of a Collection,” a conversation about the fundamentals of building and strategically managing a personal art collection.
